Pockets of rain and drizzle led to slick roads and a few accidents on central Indiana roads Tuesday night. The roads will remain wet and a bit slick through the morning commute Wednesday. The steady rain will be over, but there will still be pockets of drizzle through early Wednesday morning especially across the eastern half of Indiana. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s and lower 50s overnight. Much cooler air arrives on Wednesday, as highs struggle to near 60 degrees. A few more showers and highs only in the 50s are in the Thursday forecast. Be prepared for this big chill to last through the weekend. We will be watching the temperatures closely, as it could be cold enough for some patchy frost on Friday morning and again on Sunday morning.
