There will be lingering light snow this evening and more on the way for Saturday. Temperatures overnight are forecast near 9 degrees and highs on Saturday will be in the 20s. We are forecasting the steadiest snow to fall from about mid-day Saturday through Saturday night. Snowfall potential is 2-4 inches. We do think most areas will be closer to the 4″. A few places will be near 5″. This is a still developing winter system and there will be updates to the timing and the snowfall potential, so stay tuned.
Right now Sunday and Monday will be dry, but another arctic invasion is on the way. Temperatures will be in the lower 30s on Sunday and begin to fall during the day Monday. There will be a couple of mornings next week with temperatures below zero. We are forecasting -5 to 0 for morning temperatures Wednesday through Friday. There will also be more light snow possible Tuesday through Thursday. Our recent active winter weather pattern will continue, so stay with the SkyTrak 13 Weather Team.
