The calendar says June, but it will feel like late July later on today.
A big warm up is on the way today. Look for a high of 90 degrees this afternoon, the warmest day of 2013 so far. This afternoon could also mark the return of thunderstorms with the northern third of Indiana under a slight risk of severe weather. That includes the towns of Anderson, Muncie, Marion, Peru and Lafayette.
By the way, tomorrow could be a very stormy day too. The Storm Prediction Center calls for a slight risk of severe weathe for all of Indiana, and some computer models show the possibility of pretty intense storm formation tomorrow. We’ll have the latest for you during the day on WTHR TV.
