By · December 11, 2013 at 4:22 pm

A few snow showers are in the forecast for Wednesday evening and a quick blast of even colder air will follow.  Overnight temperatures will be in the range of 1 to -4 degrees.  Wind chills will be even lower at -5 to -10 degrees.  Take precautions from the cold and remember your pets.

Thursday will just be a frigid day, with temperatures in the teens for highs.  Thursday and most of Friday will be dry.  We are tracking a developing winter weather system that is forecast to arrive Friday evening, bringing snow back to central Indiana.  The snow will last through Saturday.  Early estimations on snowfall potential are 2-4 inches south of Indianapolis and 4-6 inches north of Indianapolis.  This is still developing and we will keep you updated on the timing and how much snow will fall.
