Have you been outside this morning? It is a misty and drizzly Wednesday but it won’t be a washout, as the afternoon is mainly dry with just a brief shower and a high in the upper 70s. The road to the Indiana State Fair will be wet on Friday afternoon and early Saturday but overall fantastic with highs in the upper 70s. Last year we were in the 90s for the first four days of August.
By the way, not only is Friday the first day of the State Fair but it is also Band Day. It actually is my favorite day at the Fair because I love the high school bands giving it their all while I sit in the grandstand enjoying a rib-eye sandwich and enjoying the pleasant breeze. Even though we will probably see plenty of showers in the afternoon, I can’t wait!
