It was a wet end to the weekend across Central Indiana. Indianapolis officially picked up .10″ of rain, but we also saw temperatures soar into the 50s.
Here’s a look at rain totals from our SkyTrak 13 WeatherBug Network. The heaviest rain fell in the western part of the state with Rockville picking up .36″
Overnight, the drizzle diminishes and skies clear, but the wind picks up.
A WIND ADVISORY covers much of Northern Indiana where wind gusts of 45 to 50 mph will be possible. In Central Indiana, gusts topping 40 mph are possible.
Temperatures will be cooler for your Monday with highs in the low 40s, but it will feel even cooler because of the wind.
Most of your 7-day is pretty quiet, but we’ll have to keep an eye on Wednesday when a storm system scoots to our south. If it nudges farther north, we might get a bit of wintry mix or rain. It’s looking more likely for some light snow or flurries on Friday followed by a major cool-down next weekend with highs only in the 20s by then.
