“Warming” Up & More Snow Chances

By · January 30, 2014 at 5:03 am

Temps will warm to the freezing mark today!  We’ll see an increase of clouds and winds gusting out of the south up to 35mph.

Tonight light snow is possible as temps fall to the low 20s.  It could be enough snow to make things slick.

Tomorrow a few show showers are possible, then Friday night into Saturday snow showers will be likely.  Light snow accumulations look likely, with higher totals north of I-70.  The snow totals will be tricky because we could also see sleet and freezing rain mix in by Saturday as the wintry mix turns to rain.  We’ll keep you posted!

Next Tuesday snow looks likely.  It is way too early to give snow totals, in an accurate and responsible way.  We will keep you up to date, and allow you enough time to prepare as the forecast comes together.  So, stay tuned for any and all updates as we head into the weekend!
