Warm with Scattered Storms

By · March 22, 2011 at 6:11 am

Highs today will reach the low 70s with a chance for a scattered shower or thunderstorm.  The best chance of storms will be north and east of I-70.

Tonight, lows drop to the mid 50s, and scattered showers and storms are possible.

Wednesday, highs will hit around 70 with wind gusts up to 30 mph.  This will most likely be the most stormy day as a cold front pushes though the state.  Some storms could be strong to severe with damaging wind, hail, and heavy rain.  We’ll keep you posted as we get closer to the front moving through.

The cold front will bring much colder air into the state by Thursday morning, we could even see a few flurries!

The weather pattern remains active with a rain/wintry mix possible Saturday and early next week!
