We’re mainly dry this morning across Central Indiana, but it’s muggy, warm and we’ll be watching the radar closely today for strong to severe thunderstorms.

Here’s a look at what temps were at 4am this morning.   The dewpoint is in the 70s, what means it feels tropical, when you step outside, you’ll feel it!

Central Indiana is under a slight risk for severe storms today.  As we go into the is afternoon and evening strong to severe storms will likely devleop with damaging wind and very heavy rain that could lead to flooding our top concerns.  Large hail will be possible too.  As always frequent lightning is always a danger, when thunder roars, go indoors.

After the storms pass, much cooler and drier air settles in in the 7 day forecast, how great does the weekend look?
