Can’t stand the heat? Relief is in sight, but we have a few more days of near triple digit “feels like” temps to get through.
A Heat Advisory is effect until 8pm for east Central Indiana.
Highs will top out in the low 90s today but feel more like 100 late this afternoon.
Central Indiana will be mainly dry today, with a slight chance for an isolated shower or thunderstorm.
Tonight will remain warm and muggy with an isolated shower or storm.
Thursday will be warm with highs in the low 90s with a heat index near 100. Again, an isoalted shower or storm is possible.
Friday areas north of Indianapolis are under a slight risk for severe storms. We will be watching the radar closely, as well as the timing for storms.
By Sunday, much cooler and drier air moves in.
