Get ready for temps to feel like the triple digits today. If you want relief from the heat, it’s on the way.
Tuesday afternoon we finally hit 90 degrees in Indianapolis. That’s our first 90 degree day of the year with a high of 93.
Today temps will reach the low 90s, but will feel closer to 100 degrees because of the humidity. There’s slight chance of an isolated shower or thunderstorm, but most spots should remain dry.
More heat and humidity are with us Thursday and Friday, with showers and strong storms possible late Friday, and strong storms Saturday.
As the rain clears, much cooler and drier air settles in. Sunday looks beautiful with highs in the low 80s.
