Temps drop overnight

By · December 11, 2012 at 5:48 pm

Without clouds acting like a blanket tonight, temperatures will drop to some of the coldest levels of the season.  Lows in Indianapolis will near 23, and rural areas should drop into the teens. The average high this time of year is 40 degrees. A warm up begins Wednesday and continues through Friday. Sunny skies will cause high temperatures to rise from the  mid-40s to the low-50s. Rain moves in over the weekend and a rain/snow mix is possible Sunday as temperatures fall.
