What a day! For the most part, a wonderful Sunday is ahead for Central Indiana.
Before we get to today… Saturday’s high of 71 was the warmest we’ve seen in 2013!
Highs will reach the upper 60s and low 70s across the area today. Winds won’t be as strong as Saturday, coming out of the west up to 15mph. Spotty showers on the radar will clear out by 8am, and we’ll see a mainly dry day.
Late this afternoon through midnight, we have a 20% chance for a spotty shower or thunderstorm.
Overnight scattered showers and thunderstorms are more likely, and we will see more chances on Monday. The day won’t be a washout with a lot of dry time for the middle of the day.
Each day this week there’s a chance for showers and thunderstorms. I think 1-2″ of rain is possible this week, with isolated spots seeing up to 3.5″ of rain. Strong to severe storms may be possible Wednesday and Thursday. The week won’t be a washout, but check back with us often for the latest timing of the rain.
