Stormy Weekend?
ByGet ready for it to feel like summer again in Central Indiana!
Highs today will hit the low 90s with a chance for isolated t-storms, especially for the afternoon. Some storms north of I-70 may be strong. Nonetheless, even if you don’t get hit by an isolated storm… the heat and humidity are back. A heat advisory is in effect for some counties south of I-70.
Overnight, a shower or storm may linger as lows drop to the low to mid 70s.
Sunday, more of Central Indiana is under a slight risk for severe weather. Strong to severe storms could develop for the afternoon and evening. Some t-storms could contain heavy rain, damaging wind, and large hail. The activity will continue into the night.
A few storms could linger for Monday morning, but then we cool off and dry out. Starting Tuesday, highs drop to the low 80s!
