Soggy Night Ahead

Clouds this afternoon have more bark than bite…with only isolated pockets of rain possible into early evening.  But it’s a good idea to click on this link for the latest Live Doppler 13 Radar image before heading out.  RPM1 Low pressure riding across the Ohio River Valley will add the lift needed to trigger widespread rain after 8pm and into the Monday morning commute.  Nothing severe expected, but certainly a healthy drink of water for the lawns and gardens across central Indiana. RMP_2  Rain amounts will average a .25″ to .75″, but the tropical air mass is certainly capable of producing locally higher amounts in excess of 1″ over the next 24 hours.  RAINFALL_POTENTIAL  After a wet start Monday, rain becomes more scattered during the afternoon.  I’m working on an updated long range work week forecast and will post shortly in a new blog.  Have a great afternoon – Sean Ash / Twitter: / Facebook: / Instagram:
