One step outside and you can feel the difference. Temperatures are a good 10 degrees cooler than 24 hours ago, but it feels even colder due to dew points dropping over 10 degrees in eight hours Wednesday evening.
The Muggy Meter will reside in the pleasant range from now until Saturday night… providing the ideal back drop for outdoor activities.
Expect a cooler start Thursday morning as lows drop into the 50s area wide. Thursday will be mostly sunny and mild with highs in the 70s. We’ll have a repeat performance Friday and much of Saturday.
Computer model guidance continues to support a return to rain and storms Saturday night into Sunday. It’s too early to say if Sunday will be a wash out, but that’s a possibility. We’ll fine tune timing and coverage of the Sunday storm potential in the days ahead.
