Showers and thunderstorms will continue to push through Central Indiana this morning, then a windy afternoon with temps near 70 comes our way!
This morning some storms may be strong to severe south of I-70. Very heavy rain, damaging wind and isolated tornadoes are possible.
By mid morning the storms should clear, and the winds pick up. A Wind Advisory is in effect for all of Central Indiana from 9am to 7pm. Wind gusts out of the southwest up to 45mph are possible this afternoon. We should see mostly sunny skies for the afternoon, there’s a slight chance for a pop up storm.
Tonight, skies remain partly cloudy with lows in the mid 30s.
Thursday, temps will be cooler with highs in the low 50s with sunshine.
Friday looks breezy and warm with highs in the mid to upper 60s. Showers and thunderstorms develop for the afternoon and evening, and some storms could be strong to severe. We’ll keep a close eye on this developing system.
The weekend looks much cooler with temps rebounding next week.
