As advertised, Central Indiana is waking up to scattered sprinkles. As the day goes on, clouds will clear and temps will surge into the 70s!
Highs will reach the mid 70s today with mostly sunny skies by the afternoon. Winds will gust out of the southeast up to 30mph.
Tonight we remain mild and dry as lows drop to the low 50s.
Monday morning we may see a few isolated shower or storms, then the day should dry out until late afternoon and evening. Not everyone will see rain.
The 7 day forecast is warm and stormy. It will not rain every hour of every day, but scattered showers and storms are possible each day through Thursday. Some storms may be strong to severe so we’re watching each day very closely as we head into Wednesday and Thursday.
This week 1 to 3″ of rain is possible.
Check out the big cool down Friday. Rain stays in the forecast with highs only topping out in the 40s.
If you’re heading out to Komen’s Race for the Cure Saturday morning, as of **right now** we look dry, but it will be chilly with temps in the mid 30s.
