Light rain is on Doppler 13 radar this morning. Overnight a few heavy pockets of rain moved through with rumbles of thunder, but now only spotty showers are left on Indiana’s most powerful live radar. This morning we will primarily see rain along and south of I-70 during the morning commute. It will slowly push east this morning, leaving mostly sunny skies for the afternoon.
The normal high this time of year is 82, the normal low is 62, we’ll be well below that today and tonight. As the clouds break and reveal mostly sunny skies, temps will warm into the upper 60s by noon, and by 3pm a high of 73.
Tonight’s a perfect night to catch the Indians in action. By 7pm temps are in the low 70s, 69 by 8pm and 66 by 9pm.
With clear skies and low humidity tonight temps fall into the low 50s. That will make a cool start for Saturday morning, but we’ll eventually warm to 80 with sunny skies.
Father’s Day looks great! Early Sunday morning temps will be around 60, and by the afternoon a high of 85 with partly cloudy skies.
In the 7 day forecast we have dry weather through the weekend, but starting Monday afternoon scattered showers and storms return to central Indiana and stick around through Thursday.
