Widely scattered showers develop again this morning and will continue into the afternoon. The coverage of showers will decrease this afternoon and then diminish by early evening.
It will be mostly cloudy and warm with highs in the mid 80s. It will be breezy too, with winds out of the south from 10 to 15 mph.
It will be mostly cloudy and muggy tonight with a low near 70 degrees.
The warm and sticky conditions continue on Monday with temperatures soaring into the upper 80s to near 90 degrees. With the high humidity, it will feel like the mid 90s.
There is a chance of a shower or thunderstorm Monday afternoon with better chances late in the evening, as a cold front arrives. There is a slight chance of a strong or severe thunderstorm in our north central viewing area, including Lafayette and Logansport.
The warm and humid conditions continue on Tuesday with partly sunny skies and highs in the upper 80s.
Cooler and drier air finally arrives on Wednesday with highs in the low 80s.
