Sunday afternoon didn’t end up being too bad! Clouds moved in, but for the most part we only had a few isolated storms in East Central Indiana. Sunday highs topped out in the low 80s across most of Central Indiana today. The normal high this time of year is 85.
Tonight the clouds will break to partly cloudy skies and comfortable temps will settle in.
Monday and Tuesday we have chances for afternoon showers and storms, very similar to the pattern we’ve seen over the last two weeks.
By Wednesday, scattered showers and storms become likely and we could see heavy rain and strong storms. It’s too early to tell if storms could be severe, but stay up to date with the forecast as we get closer to the middle of the week. By Wednesday night up to 2″ of rain is possible. Again, this could change, so we’ll keep you posted on any and all updates.
The big headline of the forecast is when we’ll dry out… and that’s coming Thursday! Enjoy the sunshine and dry time in the forecast Thursday through Sunday.
