More Melting and Severe Threat for ThursdayBy
The melting has started, with highs in the 40s on Tuesday. Most of the main roads are dry, but where this is lingering slush, there will be some slick spots early Wednesday. With the melting, we are also concerned with fog development overnight and early Wednesday. Temperatures go below freezing, some of the fog might be freezing fog too.
Highs on Wednesday will be in the 40s, with a mix of clouds and sun. We reach the 50s on Thursday, with rain and storms. The entire state of Indiana is under a slight risk for severe weather on Thursday. Some of the storms may reach severe limits, with the biggest threat damaging winds. There is also the threat for flooding, with melting snow and the heavy rain potential on Thursday. ‘
