Last Weekend of Summer
ByWe officially enter fall on Tuesday, but soak up the sun while you can today. Highs will reach the low 80s with mostly sunny skies. Today is the eleventh dry day in a row that we’ve had, and the sixteenth September day without a drop in the bucket. That will all change soon!
Tonight lows will drop to the low 60s with increasing clouds and developing showers.
Sunday, scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms are likely with highs in the mid 70s.
The chance for showers and storms continues through Wednesday. So, keep your eyes on the radar if you have any outdoor activities.
Some food for thought… the driest September on record was back in 1963 with .24″ of rain, so far this month, we’ve added up .17″.
