Indy ties record; Rain comes Tuesday
ByIndianapolis tied the record of 69 degrees set in 1982. It was the warmest December day since 2001. After the record setting day with highs near 70, December reality returns Tuesday. A strong cold front will bring a quarter inch of rain and thunderstorms will be possible. The rain will begin around 6am and the heaviest rain will move out of the state by 4pm. Sunshine returns Wednesday. A wet weather pattern sets up on Friday. We’ll have a daily chance for rain through Monday.
