Another hot day with above average warmth is ahead… and there’s finally rain on the horizon!
Highs will reach the upper 80s today with a little more humidity and partly cloudy skies for the afternoon. We’ll get a southeast breeze up to 10mph today.
Tonight, clouds will be on the increase, and after midnight, scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible.
Scattered showers and thunderstorms remain in the forecast Monday as highs top out in the low 80s. Our chance for rain ends by Tuesday morning. At this time, up to a half an inch of rain looks possible. Some spots may see more. So far for the month of June, Indy has only picked up .05″ of rain. We are running 3.59″ below normal for the year.
Wednesday temps reach the low 80s, which is normal for this time of year. By next weekend we could be talking the upper 80s again.
