Scattered showers will likely continue as we head into the afternoon, but the good news is, the heaviest rain continues to move out of Central Indiana.
In the last 24 hours… the rain totals have been impressive. These totals are through 10am.
A Flood Advisory is in effect for the city of Indianapolis and points west through 1:30pm.
In fact, once all the rain is added up, we’re at the third wettest April in Indianapolis history!
Scattered showers will continue as we go through the evening drive, but the rain will be light. Temps will struggle to warm into the mid 40s.
In the 7 day forecast we have another chance to dry out… with just isolated showers or storms for part of the weekend. We’ll keep you posted as we move closer to Saturday and Sunday.
