Heating Up for the Weekend

The temperatures will climb into the upper 80s this weekend across Central Indiana.

Saturday and Sunday highs will reach the upper 80s, well above our normal high of 80 this time of year.  A Knozone Action Day has been declared for the Indy metro Saturday.

Clouds will be on the increase Sunday, and the humidity will be going up as well.  Late Sunday night into Monday morning showers and thunderstorms will likely build across the state.

Much needed rain is in the forecast Monday and Tuesday.

As the rain exits, much cooler air moves in and temps dip into the upper 70s by Wednesday.
