Isolated showers and storms will continue to die out as we go into tonight, but the heat and humidity will be staying tonight.
Today Indianapolis hit a high of 94 degrees. That’s two degrees shy of the record high set back in 1953. It’s also the warmest we’ve been since August 8th of 2012!
Tonight temps will stay warm and muggy with isolated showers and storms mainly south of I-70 as a “cold” front continues to push south.
Early Thursday morning we’ll wake up to lows around 70 with patchy fog.
We’re still running low on rain for the month of August. What a difference a few months makes!
Rain would help knock down the pollen. Indianapolis is one of the top pollen spots in the country right now!
Temps Thursday will top out around 90 with partly cloudy skies. Saturday, scattered showers and storms are possible with isolated activity Sunday and Monday. Check out Tuesday, now that’s a break from the heat!
