As advertised, a big chill is coming to Central Indiana, and that begins tonight with a frost advisory in effect for most of the area from 4am to 9am Tuesday.

Rain will develop late this afternoon and continue through midnight.
Tonight lows drop around the freezing mark and patchy frost is likely. That’s why the frost advisory is in effect.
Tuesday we start off cold, and only warm into the upper 40s. Rain will develop during the afternoon and continue into Wednesday morning.
Some wet snow will mix in with the rain Tuesday night into Wednesday. Flurries are possible Thursday as highs struggle to reach 43 degrees.
A hard freeze should come late Thursday night/early Friday morning.
