Central Indiana temps are starting off in the single digits and teens, with biting wind chills.
Temps will eventually warm to the low 30s today with mostly sunny skies. Winds will be light out of the south up to 5 mph.
Tonight will not be as cold with temps only falling into the mid 20s.
Monday will be dry until late afternoon. Highs will soar into the low 50s with increasing clouds and winds gusting up to 35mph. By late afternoon rain is likely, and a few isolated thunderstorms are possible Monday night into Tuesday morning. About 1/2″ of rain is possible, but a few spots could see more.
As cooler air moves in Tuesday morning, a rain/snow mix will develop, and we could see it stick around through midday.
Keep an eye on Thursday night into Friday morning, a wintry mix including sleet and freezing rain is possible. Stay tuned for the timing, and the exact precip expected as we get closer to the end of the week.
