Central Indiana is off to a foggy, drizzly start, with severe weather chances increasing for Thursday.
Visibilities at 5am:
Today won’t be a washout, but areas of drizzle, rain and fog will be around as highs reach the mid 60s. Our high temp will come late in the day/evening.
Tonight scattered showers will build around the state with temps only falling into the upper 50s.
Thursday rain is likely and we’ll be monitoring for the possibility of thunderstorms. We will see a rainy day with highs in the upper 60s. Winds will be gusting up to 35mph.
Thursday evening a line of showers will move through Central Indiana. Up to 2″ of rain will be likely with damaging winds and an isolated tornado isn’t out of the question either. The most rain on record for Halloween is 1.30″ from 1941, so we have a chance at breaking that.
Here’s a peek at the 7 day forecast… I’ll include more of an hour by hour forecast for Halloween in a future blog.
