The Skytrak13 Weather Team is tracking rain and a few storms. So far the severe weather has developed and stayed south and west of central Indiana. The clouds really did us a favor and kept the atmosphere a bit more stable. However, we remain under a slight risk for severe weather tonight and Tuesday.
FutureTrak13 shows the line of storms in Illinois (that is prompting a tornado watch) moving into western Indiana between 10 and 11 tonight. They are forecast to weaken, but we will monitor the storm development closely and keep you updated.
There will be several hours of dry weather on Tuesday. With a mix of clouds and sun, highs will reach the lower and middle 70s. Scattered thunderstorms are possible Tuesday afternoon. This large weather system will have a local impact through the end of the week, with scattered showers possible each day through Friday. It will be cooler too, with highs in the 50s and low 60s Wednesday – Friday.
