Dry Today… Freeze Watch Monday Night

By · March 25, 2012 at 6:27 am

Temperatures are still running above average, but we won’t be hitting the 80s anytime in the 7 day forecast.

Highs will reach the upper 60s today with morning fog giving way to a partly cloudy afternoon.

Tonight, clear skies and a cool north breeze will allow temps to drop to the low 40s.

Monday, will feel chilly compared to the warmth we’ve been enjoying!  Highs will reach the low 60s with partly cloudy skies.

Monday night into Tuesday, a Freeze Watch is in effect for areas north and east of Indianapolis including Muncie, Anderson and Kokomo.  Click here to see the counties under the Freeze Watch.  Temps will drop to the freezing mark, if not a little below, so protect any plants you have outside.

After a cold start Tuesday morning, highs will rebound to the upper 60s.  Late Tuesday night into Wednesday night scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible.

More ups and downs are in the 7 day as we go towards next weekend, including a daily chance of scattered showers and storms starting Friday.
