Comfortable Pattern Won’t Last Long

By · June 17, 2010 at 7:08 am

Highs today will reach the mid 80s with minimal humidity.  Even though it might feel a bit sticky, much “heavier” air will enter the forecast this weekend!

Overnight, we stay dry as lows drop to the mid to upper 60s.

Friday, the humidity increases and highs hit the upper 80s to low 90s.  Late Friday a few scattered showers or t-storms are possible.

Saturday and Sunday, temps hit the low 90s, but with the humidity it will feel closer to 100!  There’s a 30% chance of pop-up t-storms in the afternoon.  The weekend won’t be a washout, but you’ll need to keep your eyes on the radar.

The chance of storms sticks around early next week, and so does the heat.  So much for a nice break!  It’s been a warm June, and the pattern is only continuing!
