Visible satellite analysis shows extensive low cloud cover over central Indiana. The lack of sun, and the passage of a cold front this morning, leads to temperatures to be 5 to 10 degrees cooler than this time Sunday.
Highs in north and northeast of Indianapolis likely struggle to hit 70, while every city stays well below the average of 78.
