Chilly Air Sticks Around

By · September 16, 2011 at 4:51 am

Below average temps kickoff the countdown to the weekend, but more seasonal warmth will soon be back!

Highs today will reach the low to mid 60s with a mix of sun and clouds.  There’s a 10% chance of an isolated sprinkle late this afternoon and evening.  The average temps this time of year is 78, so we are at least 10 degrees below average today!

Temps will be chilly for Operation Football tonight.  If you’re heading to any games, expect temps in the 50s as the players take the field.

Saturday, we warm up to the low 70s with mostly sunny skies, and Sunday we hit the mid 70s.  Late Sunday afternoon and night our next chance for rain moves in.

A better chance to pick up precip arrives Monday and Wednesday.
