Changes on the Horizon

By · October 10, 2011 at 5:42 am

Central Indiana’s dry weather marches on… but a big change is right around the corner!

Today will be the 10th day in a row of no rain in Central Indiana.  Rain hasn’t fallen since September 30th.  Today, more sunshine is ahead with highs around 80 degrees.

Overnight, temps drop to the mid 50s with partly cloudy skies.

Tuesday, we’re still expecting to be rain free with partly cloudy skies and highs in the 70s.

Our next chance for rain moves late Wednesday.  A quick disturbance will move through the state, leaving much chillier air behind it!

Scattered showers are likely Thursday, and by Friday, highs will only reach the low 60s.

I know I’m in a minority, but I do NOT like the weather we have had recently. I would much rather have normal temps and precipitation. I like cold weather and am sick of this warm weather. You warm weather folks had tour turn all summer, now it’s my turn!!
