As we continue to analyze this weather system, we continue to update the timing of possible severe weather this afternoon and evening. Right now the most likely time for severe weather will be between 5pm and 11pm tonight.
All of Central Indiana remains under a slight risk of severe storms. We are concerned about damaging winds in excess of 50 to 60mph, isolated tornadoes, and up to 2″ of rain. There may be localized street flooding due to leaves covering storm drains.
The yellow is the “slight” risk area for severe weather for tonight.
Rain totals through 3:30pm are starting to add up.
We’ll dry out in the 7 day forecast, and turn much cooler!
Friday will be dry for trick-or-treaters, but we’ll see wind gusts up to 25mph.
