A good samaritan was forced at gunpoint by three suspects to withdraw money from an eastside Indianapolis ATM early Wednesday morning. The victim was pumping gas at the Shell station at 46th Street and Arlington and was approached by the suspects looking for a ride. He agreed. A few blocks away, the suspects pulled a gun and forced the victim to drive to an ATM, where he was forced to withdraw 20 bucks. The suspects then fled the area on foot. The victim drove back to the gas station unharmed and called police. The suspects got away with the victim’s 20 spot. But the victim escaped with much more — his life.
