Terrific Tuesday… Soggy Wednesday

Posted By · October 25, 2011 at 7:44 am

Enjoy today as much as possible!  Highs will hit the 70s with plenty of sunshine.

Highs across Central Indiana will hit the low to mid 70s today with increasing wind gusts up to 30 mph as we head into the afternoon.

The wind is ahead of a cold front that will creep towards the state tonight.  That cold front will spark showers and isolated thunderstorms tonight through Thursday.  Isolated thunderstorms are possible tonight, and some storms could contain damaging winds.

Wednesday looks soggy with highs only hitting the low 60s, and Thursday looks cooler as highs only hit the low 50s.  The rain looks to exit by midday Thursday.  After the storm passes we’re looking at rainfall totals of up to one inch.

Once again the “bad” weather happens during the week, and the weekend looks great.  Yes, temps will be cool Saturday and Sunday, but it will be dry and sunny!
